You will have to go to the within of the speaker. Those are normally held in with a nut on the inside. The wire will be soldered to the terminal. Y'all will have to unsolder a wire probably. It is possible that the terminal was molded or pressed into the plastic. That would exist much more difficult to supersede. But you have to see what is on the inside of the plastic to decide the adjacent step. The plastic might be welded, which means you won't be able to fix information technology.

You'll need a new bounden post. Open your speaker and then you tin can look at the inside. Then select the closest match.

The next best option will be a aureate plated, female, crimp wire final. Information technology will need to be the correct size for the male cease on the binding post you buy.
